11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude pp77's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
12.1 pp77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
12.2 Upon account closure, any outstanding balance will be reviewed. Where no breach of these Terms has occurred, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via an appropriate payment method, subject to completion of identity verification and applicable withdrawal processing procedures.

15.2 You agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.
15.3 If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
